Our job is to assist you with the hassles and help you in every way we can to return to full health.

Personal Injury cases are our primary practice area, comprising approximately 70% of the work we do in this office. We work on contingency. That means you do not pay us hourly for our time. We get paid when you get paid, out of the liability recovery for your case. (We assist in handling your property damage claim and in getting your medical bills paid by your own insurance company, but take NO fees for those services.)

Our first bit of advice – DO NOT talk to the liable party’s insurance adjuster. Their job is not to protect your interests, but to protect their insured’s and their company’s interests.
